Haley Hope Frix of Muskogee was appointed to the Regional University System of Oklahoma Board of Regents to serve an unexpired term ending June 10, 2033.
Frix is a communications and public relations professional who brings a strong background in strategic communications, media relations, and community engagement. She holds a master’s degree in adult and higher education administration from the University of Oklahoma and a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Central Oklahoma.
Her professional experience includes leadership roles in higher education at Northeastern State University and Oklahoma City University, where she worked to develop student programs, manage major events, and support campus communities.
In addition to her work in higher education, Frix previously owned and operated a boutique in Muskogee, giving her experience in small business leadership, marketing, and daily operations. She is active in her community through Leadership Oklahoma, Main Street Muskogee, and Kids Space, and serves as State Committee Woman for the Muskogee County Republican Party. Frix’s faith is an important part of her life, and she is a member of First Baptist Church Muskogee.
She and her husband, Avery, are the parents of their son, Charles “Chip” Frix.
