 | Richard C. Ogden is an attorney with the Oklahoma City law firm of Mulinix Ogden Hall Andrews & Ludlam and serves as Vice President and Director of the nineteen member firm. Richard Ogden's practice focuses in Business and Commercial Litigation, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Litigation, and Intellectual Property Litigation. Richard Ogden was born in Guymon Oklahoma, where he attended high school before proceeding to Oklahoma State University where he obtained his bachelors degree in political science thereafter attending the University Of Oklahoma College Of Law receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1989. He served on the Board of Governors for the Oklahoma Bar Association in 1995 and was Chairperson of the Oklahoma Bar Association Young Lawyers Division. Ogden has also served as a Delegate to the American Bar Association for Oklahoma and has served on the Board of Directors for the Oklahoma County Bar Association. Ogden is a currently a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association Diversity Committee. Richard Ogden is a Fellow of the Oklahoma Bar Association. Richard Ogden is active in Saint Paul’s Episcopal Cathedral and served as an usher and on the Vestry 2004-2006. Richard has also worked for many years in the fight against HIV and AIDS and has severed as President the AIDS Support Program, Inc. (the Winds House) both in 1999 and 2004. Ogden served as Chairperson of the Cimarron Alliance Educational Foundation from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Ogden received several community awards including Outstanding Young Lawyer for the state of Oklahoma in 1997 and Outstanding Young Lawyer for Oklahoma County in 1993. |
